Excerpt: ‘Cape Cookies celebrates its twentieth aniversary this year. The company traces its origins to a discussion between two friends back in 1992. Company directors Nigel Chapple and Geoff Morgan were both already involved in the baking industry. At the time there was much political and economic uncertainy, but nonetheless the two firends felt confident that there was a marekt for quality cookies.’
